A taxpayer from Minnesota hired Timberline for account protection and resolution regarding federal tax liability on the personal account from personal income taxes as well as back employment taxes from their business. The Associate immediately requested a hold on the account with a financial analysis was done. The Associate determined an Installment Agreement would be the best route to resolution and so the negotiations with the Revenue Officer began. The final resolution was determined and approved for a monthly Installment Agreement of $634/month on a liability of $49K.
