A heavy equipment auction company in New Jersey hired Timberline to help protect the business and remove levies on their accounts. The Associate negotiated with the Internal Revenue Service on a liability due of approximately $377K for many months back and forth while proving all additional information that was requested. After a full financial analysis and continued negotiations, the Revenue Officer finally agreed to an Installment Agreement. However, the Revenue Officer has been continuously issuing levies against the business. Each time the Associate was able to provide law disproving the effectiveness of the levy itself and again the Revenue Officer complied and released the hold of Accounts Receivables.
